 Insurance - Our employee package now includes the easiest most comprehensive package available in our industry. This plan includes health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. This is a group benefit so there is no physical to pass. Ask your staffing coordinator for more information.
Holiday Pay -Employees will receive holiday pay for Federal Government holidays.
Retirement Saving - Each employee will have the option to contribute to a 401K program, which includes an employer contribution. In addition, after the first year they will become vested in our Profit Sharing Plan.
Recognition - After exhibiting commitment to their position, being commended by their supervisor, and working full 40 hour weeks employees become eligible to obtain our employee of the month awards.
Pay - All employees will receive a very competitive salary and will have the option of Direct Deposit of their pay checks.
Referral Bonus - Inquire with our office to learn how you can earn a $50.00 bonus for referring your friends!
Free Permanent Placements - If you are offered permanent employment during an assignment with ConTemporaries there will be no fee charged to you. We have various permanent and temporary to permanent programs we can discuss with the client. Let us know right away if you are offered a position. Please do not ask the client for permanent employment during an assignment. Our client asked for a temporary employee!
Free Computer Training - After you have completed 40 hours of work with our firm, you may schedule times for computer training. We offer training programs in all of the Microsoft Office Suite, plus typing speed improvement and more.
Travel Voucher - We offer pre-tax payroll deductions up to $230.00 per month that may be used to purchase Metrorail cards, transit passes, tokens or qualified parking. Please contact our office for additional information and enrollment forms.
