 Is ConTemporaries a small or women owned business?

 How long may I keep an employee?
The Federal Government, through the Office of Personnel Management, has established a limitation on temporary employees. A temporary employee may not remain on a contract for more than a total of 240 working days.
ConTemporaries also places contract employees for our clients with needs greater than 240 working days. If you would like more information about this option please call our office.
 Do you have any guarantees on service or performance?
We guarantee our service from the minute you call with a 30-minute response guarantee ensuring you will know within 30 minutes of your call what the status of your order is.
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with our employee or if an employee must leave for an emergency, a suitable replacement with equal or greater qualifications will be sent immediately.
 How do you select your employees?
ConTemporaries selection process is extensive. Our experienced recruiters pre-screen candidates; conduct a comprehensive interview; test thoroughly on software, knowledge of office policy and procedure, grammar, spelling, and math skills; and provide further training for our candidates. Only employees with suitable skills and work experience, excellent work ethic and high motivation are placed with our clients. Please call us for more detailed information.

 What is ConTemporaries role once the employee is placed?
To ensure the continued success of our employees, our staff will remain an active participant in the completion of the contract. Unless otherwise instructed, we will make weekly calls to the supervisor and perform periodic site visits. Our staff will also assist in tracking time and dollars used and will submit weekly invoices.
