 What type of placements do you make? Do you place permanent employees?
Not only does ConTemporaries place temporary employees but we also place permanent staff and include an option to begin with a temporary arrangement and convert to a permanent placement. Please see the Services We Provide section for more information.
 Do you have a minimum order policy?
Our minimum order requirement is 4 hours. We do not have a maximum limitation.

 Do you have any guarantees on service or performance?
We guarantee our service from the minute you call with a 30 minute response guarantee ensuring you will know within 30-minutes of your call what the status of your order is.
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with our employee or if an employee must leave for an emergency, a suitable replacement with equal or greater qualifications will be sent immediately.
 How do you select your employees?
ConTemporaries selection process is extensive. Our experienced recruiters pre-screen candidates; conduct a comprehensive interview; test thoroughly on software, knowledge of office policy and procedure, grammar, spelling, and math skills; and provide further training for our candidates. Only employees with suitable skills and work experience, excellent work ethic and high motivation are placed with our clients. Please call us for more detailed information.

 What is ConTemporaries role once the employee is placed?
To ensure the continued success of our employees, our staff will remain an active participant in the completion of the contract. Unless otherwise instructed, we will make weekly calls to the supervisor and perform periodic site visits. Our staff will also assist in tracking time and dollars used and will submit weekly invoices.
